Privacy policy
Effective from 1 August 2026 · Version 1.0
This site collects personal data for one purpose only: so that we can answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not track you across the web.

The controller of your personal data — the party that decides why and how it is processed — is:
- Address

- VAT number (IČ DPH)
- SK2022295077
- Commercial register entry
- Spoločnosť zapísaná v Obchodnom registri Okresného súdu Bratislava I, oddiel Sro, vložka č. 43658/B, zo dňa 1. 1. 2007.
What we collect, and what for
There is a single place where we collect personal data from you: the enquiry form. We use it to reply to you, to fill in anything we are missing, and to prepare a quote for the equipment you are interested in. The exact list of fields is in the table at the end of this page.
With every enquiry we also store the date and time your consent was given, and the language it was sent in. The first is the record that consent was given; the second tells us which language to answer you in.
To keep automated submissions out of the form, the server briefly holds the sender's IP address and a count of attempts from it in memory, for a few minutes. That counter is never written to the database, is not linked to the contents of your enquiry, and expires on its own.
We do no profiling and no automated decision-making, we send no newsletters, and we use your data for nothing other than handling your enquiry.
The legal basis we rely on
The legal basis is your consent. You give it by ticking the box in the enquiry form — the form cannot be submitted without it, and the box is never pre-ticked.
Consent is voluntary and you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand; in practice it means we delete your enquiry and contact details from our records and stop contacting you.
Providing the data is neither a statutory nor a contractual obligation. Without a name, a phone number and an e-mail address, however, we have no way to answer you.
Who we share the data with
We handle your enquiry ourselves. Besides us, only two processors come into contact with it, and only so that e-mail delivery and this site can work at all:
- Resend — the service that sends e-mail on our behalf. Both the notification to us and the confirmation to you pass through it.
- Our hosting provider — the server this site and its database run on.
We disclose the data to no other recipient. We use no advertising networks, no social plugins, and no tools that would hand your data to third parties.
How long we keep the data
We keep an enquiry and the data in it for three years from the day it was sent. That period covers the ordinary life of a job — the site survey, the quote, the installation, and the correspondence that follows it.
Once the period is up, we delete the enquiry from our records. If you withdraw consent sooner, we delete it as of the date of withdrawal.
The e-mails we exchange about an enquiry follow the same period.
Traffic measurement and cookies
We measure traffic to this site with Umami, which we run on our own server. It collects no personal data, stores no cookies in your browser, and does not follow you across other sites. All we see are aggregate figures: how many people viewed which page, and where they came from.
That is why there is no cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to. We use no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
The typefaces are part of the site and load from our own server, not from Google Fonts or any other external service.
What stays in your browser
When you add equipment to an enquiry, tick it for comparison, or work through the configurator, we keep that selection in your own browser (localStorage and sessionStorage). It stays on your device, we cannot reach it, and it is sent nowhere — until you submit the enquiry yourself. At that point it is attached, so that we know which equipment you mean.
This is functional storage rather than tracking: without it your selection would be lost on every page reload. It disappears when you submit an enquiry, when you close the tab (comparison), or when you clear this site's data in your browser settings.
We also keep a small technical marker in your browser so that one and the same event is not counted twice in the traffic figures. It contains nothing that identifies you, and it is gone when you close the tab.
Your rights, and how to use them
In relation to your personal data you have the following rights:
- The right of access — to find out whether we process any data about you, and to receive a copy of it.
- The right to rectification — to have an inaccurate entry corrected or an incomplete one completed.
- The right to erasure — to have the data deleted once we no longer have a reason to process it.
- The right to restriction of processing — to stop us working with the data for a time, for instance while its accuracy is disputed.
- The right to object to the processing of your data.
- The right to data portability — to receive the data in a common machine-readable format, or to have it transferred elsewhere.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Write to us or call — that is all it takes. We will answer within one month at the latest, and we charge nothing for it. If we cannot be sure that the person writing really is the person the data is about, we may ask for something further to establish that — otherwise we would be handing someone else's data to whoever asked for it.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may turn to the supervisory authority:
Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky)
